RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent site projects — including Network Fiber Audit, Run Ops Activities, and AI Racking (installation and related prep) — prioritizing safety, scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for each initiative; manage resources (labor, equipment, materials) effectively across all workstreams.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and manage change events, applying best practices for change management and escalating issues early to leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, facilities) and external vendors/contractors; monitor vendor performance to ensure optimal results.
• Enforce safety protocols and site procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and a culture of safety excellence.
• Maintain quality control through consistent documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting notes, and change logs.
• Drive site readiness activities and verify installation/completion against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate project status, risks, and priorities clearly and consistently to internal and external stakeholders through regular updates.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and partners, representing field needs and advocating for operational priorities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptability in response to evolving industry demands.
